در پی تشدید شدید نقض حقوق بشر در ایران، شورای حقوق بشر سازمان ملل متحد در سیونهمین نشست ویژه خود که در تاریخ ، با تمرکز بر سرکوب اعتراضات سراسری که از ۲۸ دسامبر ۲۰۲۵ آغاز شد، قطعنامهای مهم تصویب کرد. بر اساس این قطعنامه، مأموریت «هیأت مستقل بینالمللی حقیقتیاب درباره جمهوری اسلامی ایران (FFMI)» برای دو سال دیگر تمدید و مأموریت گزارشگر ویژه وضعیت حقوق بشر در ایران نیز برای یک سال تمدید شد. شورای حقوق بشر همچنین از هیأت حقیقتیاب خواست یک تحقیق فوری و جامع درباره نقضهای جدی و جاری حقوق بشر و جرایم احتمالی ارتکابی در جریان سرکوب اعتراضات انجام دهد، با هدف مستندسازی، حفظ ادله و امکان استفاده از آنها در روندهای حقوقی آینده.
هیأت حقیقتیاب سازمان ملل مأموریت دارد شهادتها، اسناد، تصاویر، ویدئوها و سایر شواهد مربوط به نقض حقوق بشر را از قربانیان، شاهدان، خانوادهها و سازمانهای مدنی جمعآوری و بهصورت محرمانه حفظ کند. در همین چارچوب، FFMI بهطور رسمی «فراخوان ارسال اطلاعات و مستندات» صادر کرده و از همه افرادی که شاهد نقض حقوق بشر بودهاند یا اسناد و اطلاعات معتبر در اختیار دارند—از جمله قربانیان، خانوادهها، پزشکان، روزنامهنگاران، کنشگران و نهادهای مدنی—دعوت میکند شواهد خود را از طریق روشهای امن و محرمانه برای این هیأت ارسال کنند.
مشارکت شهروندان از طریق ارسال امن اطلاعات، نقش کلیدی در ثبت حقیقت، مقابله با مصونیت از مجازات و زمینهسازی برای عدالت و جبران خسارت ایفا میکند و یکی از مؤثرترین مسیرهای بینالمللی برای حمایت عملی از مردم ایران و پاسخگو کردن عاملان نقضهای جدی حقوق بشر به شمار میرود.
کمیته حقیقت یاب (FFMI) از قربانیان، شاهدان، خانوادهها، کنشگران، روزنامهنگاران و افراد و سازمانهای مدنی دعوت میکند مستندات مربوط به اعدامها، سرکوب اعتراضات، بازداشتهای خودسرانه، شکنجه، ناپدیدسازی قهری، محدودیت آزادی بیان و تجمع، نقض حقوق اقلیتها و سایر موارد نقض حقوق بشر را ارسال کنند. ارائه پیشنهاد درباره پاسخگویی، جبران خسارت و جلوگیری از تکرار نقضها نیز مورد نظر می باشد.

توصیه رعایت تدابیر ایمنی کمیته حقیقت یاب
فقط در زمانی که ایمن است، بدون به مخاطره انداختن غیرضروری خود با رعایت تدابیر زیر مستندات خود را به کمیته حقیقتیاب ارسال کنید:
-از ایمیل عادی و معمولی خود برای ارسال استفاده نکنید. کمیته حقیقتیاب توصیه میکند درعوض یک حساب ایمیل پروتون باز کنید. Proton Mail account
-ارتباط خود با کمیته حقیقتیاب را محرمانه نگهدارید. لطفا تا حداکثر امکان، خانواده، دوستان یا سایر افرادی که با شما درتماس هستند را از این ارتباط مطلع نکنید.
-هنگام ارتباط با کمیته حقیقتیاب یا ارسال اطلاعات، اطمینان حاصل کنید که تنها میباشید و از فضاهای عمومی که در آنجا افراد میتوانند شما را ببینند و صدایتان را بشنوند برای انجام این کار استفاده نکنید.
-پس از ارسال ایمیل یا پیام به کمیته حقیقتیاب آثار آنها را بهطور کامل از وسیله و حساب ایمیل خود پاک کنید (از جمله از پوشه زباله/ترش فولدر) و آدرس ایمیل یا شماره تلفن سیگنال کمیته حقیقتیاب را در فهرست مخاطبین خود ذخیره نکنید.
-در صورت هرگونه دغدغه و نگرانی در ارتباط با اشتراک گذاری اطلاعات یا مطالب خواهشمندیم نخست از طریق ایمیل پروتون یا شماره سیگنال، برای گفتوگو در این مورد، با ما کمیته حقیقتیاب بگیرید.

In response to the severe escalation of human rights violations in Iran, the United Nations Human Rights Council, at its thirty-ninth special session, adopted a significant resolution focusing on the repression of nationwide protests that began on 28 December 2025. Under this resolution, the mandate of the Independent International Fact-Finding Mission on the Islamic Republic of Iran (FFMI) was extended for an additional two years, and the mandate of the Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in Iran was extended for one year. The Human Rights Council also requested the Fact-Finding Mission to conduct an urgent and comprehensive investigation into serious and ongoing human rights violations and alleged crimes committed in the context of the repression of the protests, with the aim of documenting and preserving evidence for potential use in future legal proceedings.
The UN Fact-Finding Mission is mandated to collect and confidentially preserve testimonies, documents, images, videos, and other evidence of human rights violations from victims, witnesses, families, and civil society organizations. Within this framework, the FFMI has formally issued a “Call for Submissions” and invites all individuals who have witnessed human rights violations or who possess credible information and documentation—including victims, family members, doctors, journalists, activists, and civil society organizations—to submit their evidence to the Mission through secure and confidential channels.
Public participation through the secure submission of information plays a critical role in establishing the truth, combating impunity, and laying the groundwork for justice and reparations. It is one of the most effective international mechanisms for providing practical support to the people of Iran and for holding perpetrators of serious human rights violations accountable.
The Fact-Finding Mission (FFMI) invites victims, witnesses, families, activists, journalists, and individuals and civil society organizations to submit documentation relating to executions, the repression of protests, arbitrary arrests, torture, enforced disappearances, restrictions on freedom of expression and assembly, violations of minority rights, and other human rights abuses. Recommendations regarding accountability, reparations, and measures to prevent the recurrence of violations are also welcomed.

Recommended security measures of the Fact-Finding Mission
Please submit information to the Fact-Finding Mission only when it is safe to do so and without taking unnecessary risks, while observing the following measures:

Do not use your regular personal email account to submit information. The Fact-Finding Mission recommends opening a Proton Mail account instead.

Keep your communication with the Fact-Finding Mission confidential. To the extent possible, do not inform family members, friends, or others with whom you are in contact about this communication.

When communicating with the Fact-Finding Mission or submitting information, ensure that you are alone and do not use public spaces where others may see or overhear you.

After sending an email or message to the Fact-Finding Mission, completely delete all traces from your device and email account (including the trash folder), and do not save the Mission’s email address or Signal number in your contacts.
