EB-1 and EB-2 NIW Case Evaluation
The EB-1 and EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW) categories let accomplished professionals, researchers, entrepreneurs and physicians pursue a green card without a traditional employer-sponsored labor certification. EB-1A applicants and NIW applicants may also petition on their own behalf, with no employer involved.
These are also the categories where USCIS has grown most demanding. A petition that would have been approved a few years ago may draw a Request for Evidence or a denial today. Before you invest in a filing, you should know how your record measures against the standards adjudicators actually apply, and where it falls short.

Four levels of review, each building on the one before. Every paid fee is credited in full toward the next level or toward your legal fees if you retain us within 30 days.
Fee credit policy
Any paid evaluation or consultation fee is credited in full toward a higher-tier service, or toward our legal fees if you retain the firm, provided you do so within 30 days of receiving the evaluation or completing the consultation.
2. Attorney-Reviewed Evaluation ($100)
Upload your CV and receive a written evaluation by email within two business days.
Your CV will be attorney-reviewed, and we will tell you whether you appear to qualify, what the strongest parts of your record are, where the gaps are, and whether we recommend filing now, building your record first, or considering another category.
This evaluation is based on your CV and the information you submit.
* This level of evaluation does not include document review, a strategy plan or follow-up questions; those are part of Tiers 3 and 4.
3. Evaluation + 30-Minute Consultation ($300)
Our Principal Attorney reviews your CV before the call, then walks you through your eligibility, the weak points an adjudicator is likely to focus on, and your realistic options. You will have time to ask your own questions. Consultations are available in English or Farsi, by phone or video.
4. Strategy Consultation ($500)
A deeper review for applicants who are preparing to file. Our principal attorney reviews your CV and up to five key supporting documents of your choice, such as publications and citation records, awards, media coverage, or recommendation letters. You then meet for a 60-minute consultation on how your case measures against the governing standards, the evidence that would most strengthen it, the risks to address before filing, and any alternative pathways worth considering.
