DIVERSITY VISAS

The Diversity Immigrant Visa Program (DV Program) annually provides up to 50,000 immigrant visas, distributed through a random draw from applicants originating from countries with lower immigration rates to the United States.

This program is managed by the U.S. Department of State (DOS).

There are, however, two principal pathways for DV Program winners, depending on their location:

  1. For Those Residing Outside the United States: Most DV lottery winners fall under this category. They move to the U.S. through consular processing and obtain an immigrant visa.

    • Our Services:

      • Pre-application Counseling: Guidance on eligibility, ensuring you meet the criteria, and maximizing your chances.

      • Application Support: Assistance with the DV application to guarantee accuracy and completeness.

      • Consular Processing Guidance: Once you've won, we guide you through the entire consular process, ensuring you understand every step.

      • Document Verification: Help in assembling and verifying all required documents before your visa interview.

      • Interview Coaching: Preparation sessions to ensure you're ready for your visa interview.

      • Post-interview Assistance: Guidance on next steps after the interview, including preparation for migration and settling in the U.S.

  2. For Those Already Legally Residing in the United States: A smaller portion of DV winners are already in the U.S. when they are selected, residing as nonimmigrants or under other legal statuses. For these individuals, USCIS handles their adjustment of status applications.

    • Our Services:

      • Adjustment of Status Consulting: Clear guidance on shifting from your current status to a permanent resident.

      • Document Preparation: Assistance in gathering and organizing all necessary paperwork for the adjustment of status application.

      • USCIS Process Navigation: Support in understanding and managing the USCIS application and review process.

      • Interview Preparation: Tailored coaching sessions for any required interviews with USCIS.

      • Continuous Updates: We keep you informed about any changes or updates in the USCIS process relevant to your application.
